It's a new year

Wow, am I excited to begin this year of 2009! After a trip to London England with my family in December it is now time to buckle down and spread the good news of My Power of One. I am committed to contributing in all ways possible to community. I will log my efforts and ask you to join with me in your community. At Thanksgiving I gathered cans of food at our family dinner and donated those to a food pantry. In December, I gathered coats and blankets and donated them to a local shelter. Small acts done by masses of people make a mega difference. While I was in NYC on the way to London I witnessed hundreds of folks dressed as Santa roaming through Grand Central Station. Perhaps there were thousands instead of hundreds. That combined effort made a stunning visual for we tourists. They stopped traffic in New York City. Can we combine our efforts and change our communities one at a time for the better? Join me, bring a friend!
